Ingredients for Caesar salad recipe:
- 100g shaved Parmesan cheese
- 4 Roman salad greens (medium size).
- 1 egg.
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice.

- 150ml olive oil.

Slice the bread crumb into 1cm cubes. Pour 20ml of olive oil into the non-stick pan, stir fry minced garlic then drop bread into the pan and stir in medium flames until it turns crispy, then turn off the stove.
To make the sauce: put lemon juice, egg, vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a blender, purée until creating an identical blend then pour in the rest of olive oil and continue to grind until the mixture is as smooth as mayonnaise and lastly season the paste for your appetite.
Put the salad leaves on the bottom of the bowl, put the bread in, scatter Parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle the sauce, when eating mix well for the ingredients to absorb the sauce. Caesar Salad is one of the most famous salads in the restaurants serving European dishes.
