Caesar salad is a renowned salad of Italy. Not only is this dish famous for its luscious taste but also for its simple and easy preparation.

Ingredients for Caesar salad recipe:
- 100g shaved Parmesan cheese
- 4 Roman salad greens (medium size).
- 1 egg.
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice.
- 2 slices of sandwich bread.
- 1 tablespoon vinegar.
- 150ml olive oil.
- 1 garlic bulb: leave alone 2 garlic cloves and chop the remaining.
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
- Salt and pepper.
Get Roman salads washed and separated into each leaf; pick the young leaves only (for too long leaves, cut in half).
Slice the bread crumb into 1cm cubes. Pour 20ml of olive oil into the non-stick pan, stir fry minced garlic then drop bread into the pan and stir in medium flames until it turns crispy, then turn off the stove.
To make the sauce: put lemon juice, egg, vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a blender, purée until creating an identical blend then pour in the rest of olive oil and continue to grind until the mixture is as smooth as mayonnaise and lastly season the paste for your appetite.
Put the salad leaves on the bottom of the bowl, put the bread in, scatter Parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle the sauce, when eating mix well for the ingredients to absorb the sauce. Caesar Salad is one of the most famous salads in the restaurants serving European dishes.
The dish was named after the chef inventing it – Caesare Cardini. The cuisine is the combination of traditional Italian flavors – the Parmesan cheese, Roman salad and olive oil.
