Shedding some pounds by working-out underwater:

1. Forward lean:

Stand about 2 steps opposite the pool wall, put your hands on the pool boundary and lean yourself forward. Put your hand firmly for more power, pull the chest, head and face backwards and float on the water. Forming a small arc, keep this posture for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
